Absolutely! Every handbag we sell is meticulously examined to guarantee its authenticity. We consider various details, such as stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style numbers, quality, and other unique identifiers. We are dedicated to ensuring that every item in our store is genuine, so you can shop with confidence.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the high demand for our products and the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly review all available photos and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. We strive to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are sent via local courier services, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my item locally?

Since we are based in Thailand, we do not offer local pickup at the moment. All items will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

Where do you source your products?

Our products come from a variety of trusted sources, including local consignment shops, reputable local vendors, and reliable online third-party platforms. We carefully select each item to ensure high quality and authenticity.

How can I assess the condition of an item?

We aim to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos for each product. If you need more information or additional pictures, please email us at may@behypevintage.com. We specialize in pre-loved designer handbags, which can range in condition from “Like New” to “Good.” Our condition guide is as follows:

• Like New: Barely used, with minimal signs of wear.
• Very Good: Minor signs of use, such as small scratches or slight wear.
• Good: Noticeable signs of use but still in good and functional condition.

Do you accept payments outside of the website?

Yes, we do! You can make payments via Wise Transfer, Western Union Transfer, QR payment, and directly to a Thai bank account. If your preferred payment method isn’t listed on our website, please get in touch with us at may@behypevintage.com to arrange your payment.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans. We require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your item.
